Villa T was developed around the Ponzio Apexfine minimal sliding assembly. Individual panels rise to four metres and weigh up to 500 kg, turning each opening into a large moving plane rather than a conventional framed window.
The perimeter profiles disappear into the architectural build-up, while the visible central mullion is reduced to 20 mm. Concealed railings and open-corner configurations across every floor keep the frame from being added back into the view.

The Apexfine rails are set into the floor and the heads carried above the ceiling line. The sliding assemblies use 50 mm high-performance glazing with a glass-centre thermal transmittance of Ug 1.3 W/m²K; a Ponzio WS50 curtain wall completes the envelope.
The concealed railing, sliding glass and surrounding construction were coordinated as one detail. At the open corners, adjoining elevations can move away without leaving a permanent visible corner post.
