Internal partitions
DRCHOB occupies a floor of the Sama Beirut tower, designed by Carole Akkari of Cconcept for Dr Constantin El Habr. Akkari is credited with both the architecture and the lighting. EFS supplied and installed the internal partitions.

The plan curves. Treatment rooms, waiting and circulation run into one another without a square corner between them, and the partitions are what separate them — not walls with partitions applied afterwards, but the dividing structure itself.
A curved plan removes repetition. Every panel and junction has to follow a line that never straightens. The curved elements required precise surveying, fabrication and alignment because variations that disappear within a conventional framed partition remain visible across continuous curved glass.

The interior package combines curved 8 mm tempered glass, OmniDecor decorative glass and minimal Paretimilano partitions. Doors, fixed panels, curved elements and interfaces were coordinated to maintain the same reduced profile language.
OmniDecor’s patterned glass introduces privacy and material depth without closing the clinic to light. Its directional treatment required the pattern, glass orientation and surrounding aluminium profiles to be coordinated before fabrication.
The partitions provide acoustic separation and functional privacy while preserving visual continuity. A project-specific brushed aluminium finish gives the framing and accessories a controlled presence within the clinic’s palette.
