Set on a sloped half-acre site at the base of Boulder’s Flatirons, Level One is a 7,100-square-foot residence by F9 Productions, organized around expansive views and glass.
The house opens to long views across Boulder while its glazed envelope holds against the Colorado cold. The glass is both the view and the environmental boundary.
Apexfine minimal sliding openings and a Ponzio WS50 curtain wall frame the house and its views across Boulder. EFS carried the aluminium-and-glass work through the interior as well, executing internal and external partitions alongside the glazed envelope.
